1. General provisions
This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) by Change, a construction company operating via (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) intending to receive services from Change.
By submitting a request for services via the Website, email, or any other available method, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Acceptance of this offer is equivalent to entering into a legally binding contract between the Client and Change.
2. Subject of the agreement
Change agrees to provide construction-related consulting and planning services remotely, including but not limited to:
Project consultations
Planning and budgeting
Pre-construction support
Other related online services
The Client agrees to accept and pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Procedure for providing services
3.1 Services are rendered remotely via the Website, email, phone, or video conferencing tools.
3.2 To initiate service delivery, the Client must submit a service request form or contact the Company directly.
3.3 After reviewing the Client’s request, Change will provide a service plan, timeframe, and quote.
3.4 Services commence upon the Client’s confirmation and/or payment, as specified in the quote.
4. Service fees and payment procedure
4.1 The cost of services is determined based on the Client’s request and communicated via official quotation.
4.3 Payment is considered completed when the funds are received in full by Change.
4.4 In case of non-payment or delayed payment, Change reserves the right to suspend or cancel services.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1 Responsibilities of Change:
Provide services in accordance with the agreed terms and timeframe.
Maintain confidentiality of Client data.
Notify the Client of any changes in service provision or delays.
5.2 Responsibilities of the Client:
Provide accurate and complete information required for service provision.
Pay for the services as agreed.
Refrain from actions that may disrupt or interfere with the Website or service delivery.
6. Liability of the parties
6.1 Each party is responsible for non-performance or improper performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
6.2 Change shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits.
6.3 Change is not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by force majeure events or failures of third-party providers.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1 All disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
8. Confidentiality and personal data protection
8.1 Change collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2 All Client data provided during the service process will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.
8.3 Change shall not share Client data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
9. Other provisions
9.1 This Agreement may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version is available on the Website.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.3 This Agreement constitutes the full and entire agreement between the Client and Change regarding the services provided.
